Melissa Sin is the Head of Ad Tech and Monetization at The Arena Group, where she leads strategic ad revenue growth and oversees monetization strategy across the company’s digital ad stack since 2019. She focuses on optimizing ad inventory quality and performance, advancing monetization testing and innovation, and ensuring operational excellence across programmatic and direct digital campaigns. 

Prior to joining The Arena Group, Melissa held senior ad technology and monetization roles at TheStreet and Penguin Random House. Her experience also includes positions at Wenner Media, supporting brands such as Rolling Stone, Us Weekly, and Men’s Journal, and at NBCUniversal. Throughout her career, she has led ad stack transformations, integrated new demand partners, and launched innovative revenue channels that enhance inventory value and drive measurable growth.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University.
