Amy Larkin is the Head of HR at The Arena Group. She joined the company in 2020, where she held the role of Director, HR, and then was promoted to her current role in 2023.

Amy has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. She leads the team in improving employee experience and culture, as well as talent acquisition and retention and more.

Prior to joining The Arena Group, Amy worked as a HR consultant at OneDigital and additionally held the title of HR Manager at Rocket Fuel, where she helped clients transform small and emerging businesses into robust, scalable operations.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The American School of Professional Psychology.
